We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to provide temporary support to an oil and gas maintenance and operations team. This position will assist with a variety of mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, and general field support activities. The Maintenance Technician will always work alongside and under the direction of a company representative and will not be expected to perform work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, previous industrial or oil and gas maintenance experience, and the ability to safely assist with a variety of equipment maintenance and field tasks.

• Work directly with a company representative each day to complete assigned maintenance work orders.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of fin fan equipment, including replacement of motors, shafts, bearings, and related components.
• Assist with motor, pump, and other equipment changeouts.
• Support mechanical maintenance and general equipment repair activities.
• Assist Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) personnel with routine tasks as needed.
• Assist with pulling operational or equipment samples.
• Provide general support to Operations personnel with minor maintenance and field-related tasks.
• Respond to callouts and assist with planned or unplanned maintenance activities as required.
• Assist with truck-loading activities and related operational duties.
• Perform general equipment preparation, cleanup, and painting.
• Use Maximo to review or support work orders and accurately charge time to the appropriate work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all site safety procedures and requirements.
• Properly use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required to complete assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance, operations, and I&E personnel regarding assigned work.
• Perform additional maintenance and operational support duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, oil and gas operations, mechanical maintenance, or a similar hands-on field environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common mechanical equipment and components.
• Experience working with pumps, motors, bearings, shafts, fin fans, or similar rotating equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Experience assisting with equipment changeouts, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities preferred.
• Familiarity with Maximo or another computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively alongside maintenance, operations, and I&E personnel.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow established work procedures and site requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial or field environment.
• Must be dependable and available to work overtime, stay beyond scheduled hours, or report on scheduled days off when required for planned work or callouts.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
