Overview

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support operations. This position works closely with hiring managers, operations teams, and account managers to identify staffing needs and ensure positions are filled quickly with quality candidates. The Field Recruiter will actively recruit through job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and direct candidate engagement while maintaining a strong pipeline of talent.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for  positions across assigned regions and business lines.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and operations personnel to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
  • Post jobs and manage candidate activity through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Extend offers and communicate employment details to selected candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, administrative, or related experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for field, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas positions is a plus.
  • Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
