Overview

The operations Coordinator supports day-to-day oil and gas operations by coordinating maintenance activities, managing scheduling, and processing vendor invoices. This role works closely with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is executed efficiently and billing is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry into SharePoint, Excel, Siteview, Wellview, TOW, Geoforce, eVin, XSPOC, Ops Info, Vworks, Databasin, Oracle, PLEX, PASS, Power BI, HSE applications, SAP, Chataeu and others.
  • Code and verify Open Invoice Tickets.
  • Track and monitor production, workover, compression, maintenance, drilling, completion and flowback data, submit partner reports as required, code/stamp invoices/field tickets.
  • Coordinate/order new lease/well signs as needed. Maintain paper well files on site.
  • Create basic presentations for meetings when required.
  • Scribe and organize meeting for workgroups, subcommittees, and focus groups.
  • Assist with training/technical assistance as needed.
  • Assist Supervisors/Management with various projects as needed.  
  • Provide backup for other Ops Techs when necessary.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ yrs. of prior Oil and Gas experience require, preferably as a Field Operations Tech.
  • Prior Oil and Gas database experience with a working knowledge of Peloton Products (Wellview/Siteview), Oracle, Vworks, Databasin, TOW, Spotfire and Open Invoice.
  • SAP experience required.
  • Oil and Gas maintenance experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, agility and fit for duty.
