The Business Services Coordinator III provides advanced administrative and operational support to a department, program, or cross‑functional initiative. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, managing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in handling complex administrative functions with minimal supervision.
Coordinate daily operations and activities across departments, teams, and stakeholders
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentation
Manage onboarding coordination tasks, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires
Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain organized records
Support recruitment processes, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Assist with project coordination and tracking of deliverables
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions
Potentially supervise or mentor junior administrative staff
Extensive experience in administrative, clerical, or business support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven recruiting support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
