The Production Technician III supports field operations by safely operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting oil and gas production equipment. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of oil and gas production experience and the ability to work independently in a field environment.

• Operate and monitor production equipment including wellheads, separators, tanks, compressors, and associated surface equipment
• Troubleshoot operational issues, diagnose equipment failures, and perform repairs or coordinate corrective actions
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Monitor production rates, pressures, and volumes; identify and report abnormalities or performance concerns
• Collect and document production data and maintenance activities accurately
• Support artificial lift systems and basic mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Engineering teams to optimize well performance
  Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, and company procedures
• Respond to callouts and support field operations as needed.

• 5–10 years of oil and gas production experience (onshore field operations preferred) required.
• Must be okay with working night shift.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment and surface facility operations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple field priorities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between field locations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (UA), MVR, fit for duty/agility.
