The Pipeline Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas pipeline systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role involves routine monitoring, troubleshooting, integrity management, and responding to pipeline issues in the field. The ideal candidate has hands-on pipeline experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
Perform routine inspections, monitoring, and maintenance of pipelines, valves, pumps, meters, and related equipment
Identify leaks, corrosion, pressure issues, and mechanical failures and take corrective action
Assist with pipeline construction, repairs, replacements, and tie-ins
Operate and maintain pipeline control systems and field equipment
Document inspection results, maintenance activities, and safety checks
Respond to pipeline alarms, emergencies, and unplanned outages as needed
Ensure compliance with company procedures, environmental regulations, and safety standards
Coordinate with operations, maintenance crews, and contractors during repairs or projects
Maintain right-of-way areas and perform basic site upkeep as required
