A Deepwater Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency in offshore oil and gas production environments.
Responsibilities
Monitor Wells, Separators, Compressors, and other equipment to ensure platform operations are running smoothly.
Conduct Monthly and Annual BSEE/Coast Guard/ABS compliance testing of safety devices.
Complete platform paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Production.
Experience with subsea wells, deep water operations, and control room environments.
Ability to travel by helicopter or boat.
Proficiency with HPU Systems, PLC & Pneumatic Control Systems, Solar Turbine Compression, and high volume Sub Sea Well Operations.
Familiarity with MS Office, Delta-V, Wonderware, Aker, ISSOW, 1SAP, and SEMS systems.
