The SSHE Coordinator supports the Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) team by managing stewardship processes, tracking performance metrics, and assisting in the execution of safety programs and initiatives. This position works closely with the SSHE Supervisor and serves as a key point of contact for regional SSHE Advisors, ensuring consistent communication, compliance, and continuous improvement of safety programs.

• Support the SSHE Supervisor in managing and maintaining the business line’s SSHE program.

• Develop and deliver Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) training for both employees and contractors.

• Establish systems for implementing safety plans, including hardware/software setup, data collection, and reporting processes.

• Develop and distribute safety communications to all personnel and contractors.

• Design and coordinate a safety incentive program to promote safe work practices.

• Participate in the creation of Waste Management, Environmental, and Industrial Hygiene plans for project turnarounds.

• Review and assess contractor safety plans for compliance and completeness.

• Participate in job risk analyses and implement corresponding mitigation measures.

• Compile, track, and report SHE performance statistics and trends.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proven experience in construction or field-based safety positions (experience within the same organization or energy industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of SSHE management systems, risk analysis, and safety communication strategies.

• Excellent coordination, reporting, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in safety data management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug screening, MVR check, and fit for duty/agility test.
