The Maintenance Worker supports daily facility and field operations by performing general maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient functioning of equipment and grounds. This position plays a key role in assisting the operations team with routine upkeep, basic repairs, and site support activities.

• Perform general maintenance duties including changing valves, repairing or replacing flowlines, and performing light mechanical work.
• Dig ditches and trenches as needed for flowline and utility maintenance.
• Conduct groundskeeping activities including mowing, trimming, and general site cleanup.
• Assist with minor construction, painting, and building maintenance as required.
• Support field operations by safely using hand and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working in and around active production areas.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding maintenance needs, supply usage, and equipment condition.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as authorized.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Previous maintenance, field, or oilfield experience preferred.

• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
