The Land Scanner is responsible for processing and digitizing physical land-related documents received through mail and interdepartmental delivery. This position focuses on preparing, scanning, and performing quality assurance of digital files to ensure accuracy and accessibility within the Land Services document system.
Receive and organize physical documents from mail and internal delivery.
Prepare, label, and scan documents into the company’s electronic content management system.
Conduct quality checks to confirm clarity, legibility, and file completeness.
Maintain document logs and ensure timely routing to Land Services personnel.
Assist with boxing and archiving physical documents for storage.
Support special projects or surges in workload as assigned by the Land Services Manager.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision.
Physically able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and handle large volumes of documents.
