The Corporate Affairs Representative will provide support to the Corporate Affairs team in coordinating community engagement efforts, internal communications, and stakeholder relations. This position plays a key role in promoting a positive company image, maintaining strong community relationships, and assisting in the execution of outreach initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with company policies and values.
Collaborate closely with the Corporate Affairs team to support various projects and initiatives.
Assist with planning and participating in community events and outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to community engagement and outreach efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and approval processes for all Corporate Affairs activities.
Provide administrative and logistical support as needed to facilitate smooth execution of Corporate Affairs programs.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of one (1+) year of experience in customer service, communications, or community engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
