We are seeking a Systems Administrator I to join the GSCM Systems Support team in Midland, TX. This role will focus on supporting and troubleshooting transactions between Ariba and SAP (S/4 HANA), ensuring data integrity and process consistency. The position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills to maintain seamless operations across Supply Chain, AP, IT, and supplier networks.
Support and troubleshoot Ariba/SAP (S/4 HANA) transactions to maintain system integrity and performance.
Prioritize, define, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) findings and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incident tickets assigned to the GSCM Systems Support team.
Identify, escalate, and track system defects or enhancements in Ariba and SAP.
Act as a control point, ensuring data consistency across integrated systems.
Serve as first-line support for end-user queries, issues, and problems related to Ariba and SAP.
Collaborate with SCM, AP, Operations, IT, and suppliers to resolve system and transactional issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to change.
Strong time-management skills with ability to prioritize and resolve tasks quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Experience with SAP S/4 Procurement.
SQL experience in MS SQL Server or S/4 HANA.
