The Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator will support business operations by organizing and coordinating activities across programs, departments, and initiatives. This role involves onboarding coordination, administrative support, and data entry, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations between the Midland and Carlsbad offices.
Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for new hires, including communication with new employees and internal teams.
Maintain and update accurate employee and onboarding records through data entry in internal systems.
Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas and logistics.
Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, file management, and report generation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective execution of program or department goals.
Support recruiting efforts by managing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and related documentation.
Ensure processes and tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices.
May supervise or provide guidance to junior administrative personnel.
