The Trainer III plays a key role in developing and executing comprehensive training programs to support business needs. This senior-level position is responsible for creating training plans, designing curricula, and delivering both classroom and e-learning courses. Serving as an expert in training and development, the Trainer III also provides guidance to internal subject matter experts through train-the-trainer sessions and mentors junior trainers.
Develop and execute comprehensive training programs based on project or organizational requirements.
Design and update training plans, curricula, and course materials (instructor-led and e-learning).
Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to prepare internal subject matter experts.
Ensure training content aligns with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and technology setup.
Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level trainers.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training curricula and supporting materials.
Strong classroom (Instructor-Led Training) facilitation experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with e-learning platforms a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Prior experience supervising or mentoring other trainers preferred.
