Experience in logistics coordination, trucking, or water management required.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
Ability to analyze data and use reporting tools for operational improvements.
Proficiency in relevant software systems and applications is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to balance office work with field presence.
