Overview

The SAP Agreement Administrator will support the procurement and contract management operations. This role is responsible for accurately uploading and maintaining agreement records in SAP, ensuring data integrity, compliance with internal policies, and timely processing of appropriate documents. The ideal candidate will also possess foundational knowledge in procurement, payables, and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and maintain procurement and commercial agreements in SAP (Example: outline agreements).
  • Validate agreement data for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  • Resolve recycled errors and post-facto review issues related to agreement uploads or changes outside of standard processes. Monitor agreement health and make suggestions for future improvement.
  • Monitor and track agreement status, expiration dates, and renewal timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agreement uploads or SAP data inconsistencies. Collaborate with various departments to resolve where appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to SAP agreement management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and other controls.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in procurement, payables or contract administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP MM or SAP Ariba modules.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and contract lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of document control and records management best practices.
  • Experience with other areas of procurement, contract administration, and/or accounts payables.
