The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the compilation, maintenance and reporting of records.
Responsibilities
Quality Control check and validate, code, route for approval, and confirm information in OpenTicket ensuring customer’s vendor submission guidelines are being met.
Run cost tracking reports for field foremen/superintendents as needed out of OpenTicket – some excel experience is preferred.
Order office supplies and assist field operations personnel in the field office of station with any office & equipment requests/needs.
Sit in and attend meetings at field office to build rapport with ops team.
Assist field personnel with various duties as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years administrative experience required; oil & gas operations knowledge a must.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bilingual preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Must exhibit a professional demeanor with all verbal/in person or phone and email/correspondence exchanges.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision.
Candidate must residewithin a 45 mile radius of the job site.
Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements.
