As a Shop Hand your duties will include performing oil changes, inspections, outfitting, cleaning, and troubleshooting fleet vehicles and assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, detailing, and general labor.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and inspections.
• Outfitting and cleaning of fleet vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Drive and manage fleet vehicles, including towing and loading/unloading.
• Respond to callouts and be on-call every other weekend.

• Perform basic mechanical tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and replacing worn parts

• Assist mechanics with repairs, tool setup, and clean-up

• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

• Load, unload, and move equipment and supplies as needed

• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment for maintenance or repair needs

• Previous experience in a shop or mechanical setting preferred

• Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., ability to change tires, check fluids, assist with repairs)

• Strong attention to detail, especially when detailing vehicles

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
