The Asset Retirement Environmental Rep is responsible for overseeing inventory, documentation, collection, shipping, and disposal of Hazardous and E&P waste from platforms being decommissioned. This position is a supervisory role providing direct oversight of core crew employees as well as 3^rd party crews. The Asset Retirement Environmental Rep is also responsible for workforce safety, productivity, cost efficiency, and project management for this category of work.

• Develop waste management plans for all structures and oversee the execution of those plans.
• Ensure waste management plans comply with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Direct oversight of 3^rd party crews and equipment spreads.
• Supervision of core crew employees assigned to this position.
• Management of documentation and records (e.g.) inventory, testing, shipping paperwork etc.
• Align with Company Leadership and Environmental department on waste management & execution plans.
• Work Pack development and execution planning for Environmental projects.
• Conduct site visits to validate waste inventories.
• Serve as relief UWA on facilities as requested.

• 5+ years of offshore oil and gas industry experience and working knowledge of BSEE/USCG/EPA regulations.
• Possesses regulatory required training certifications to manage all waste from generation to shipping including, Hazardous, E&P and NORM.
• Leadership behaviors that promote a One Team culture and feedback rich environment.
• Supervisory experience managing personnel and work direction.
• Project Management skills with ability to develop work packs, prioritize tasks, resource load plans, and track costs.
• Good organizational skills are necessary along with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Products, Apps and Services is desired.
• Familiarity with decommissioning activities is desired.
• High school diploma or GED required.
