Overview

The Maintenance Planning Technician will play a key role in supporting the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy by ensuring accurate and consistent data entry, management, and analysis. This role involves collecting, validating, and converting raw field data into actionable insights, ensuring data integrity across SAP and other supporting systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong team player, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in field data collection and input field-supplied data into SAP and other systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support data management initiatives.
  • Interact with internal and external teams, including Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Vendors.
  • Conduct meetings with field operations teams to discuss data accuracy and operational insights.
  • Validate data from field-submitted requests, ensuring availability, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple workgroups, ensuring smooth workflow integration.
  • Utilize and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Oil and Gas Maintenance experience required.
  • Basic knowledge and background in SAP, SQL, and Excel
  • Must have experience using SAP software.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug/hair follicle test, MVR, agility, etc.
