A Water Specialist specializes in the management of produced water, with a focus on water-soluble organics (WSOs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment processes and a deep understanding of the chemical properties and removal methods of WSOs.

• Monitor and manage produced water treatment systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Implement and optimize treatment processes for the removal of WSOs, including acid treatments and other chemical methods.
• Conduct regular testing and analysis of water samples to measure WSO concentrations and treatment efficacy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in the treatment of produced water.
• Document and report treatment processes, results, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in produced water management and treatment processes.
• Knowledge of water-soluble organics, including their chemical properties and removal methods.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations related to produced water discharge.
• Technical skills in operating and maintaining water treatment equipment.
• Strong analytical skills for testing and monitoring water quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with acid treatment processes for WSO removal.
