Community Relations & Employee Engagement team is seeking a part-time, highly analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Ticket Distribution and Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing ticket distribution strategies and leveraging analytics to enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and Excel, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
Work hours are dependent on the season and ticketing events throughout the year. This is not anticipated to be a full-time role (e.g. this role is not expected to be a 9-hour workday each day). Role will work primarily M-F, but must be available on evenings and weekends, dependent on the ticketing event schedules. Must be able to work from home if needed.
