A Materials Analyst plays a key role in optimizing warehouse operations by leveraging technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. The job focuses on the tool tracking, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System, ensuring that all warehouse activities are well-coordinated and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation and Support:

   • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the WMS to meet business requirements.
   • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SiteSense

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance data, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiencies.
   • Create and manage reports to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), inventory levels, order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and labor productivity.

3. Training and Documentation:

   • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SiteSense processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.

4. Tool Tracking:

   • Track all tool movments in SiteSense

5. Maintenance Tracking:

   • Assigne maintenance to certain assets and be able to run reports showing when maintenance is due

• Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. 

• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. 
• Knowledge around a Tool Room or Materials Management 
• Warehouse Management System knowledge is preferred 

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma or GED required. 

• 1-3 years’ experience required. 
• SiteSense Experience a plus
