A Deepwater Warehouseman is responsible for managing material coordination priorities, ensuring timely delivery of essential production and safety maintenance materials in offshore facilities.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day material coordination priorities to maintain facility integrity and comply with Integrity Management (IM) Standards.
Coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery of all essential preventative and breakdown production, safety, and safety-critical maintenance.
Work with Offshore and Onshore Maintenance Planners to develop and execute material delivery plans.
Provide materials needed for long-term and turnaround plans as required.
Understand and comply with the Management of Change process for all procedural, equipment, or process changes.
Qualifications
This is a temporary position with a length of 6 months to a year to keep track of materials for the build, sail out and the commission phases of the new platform.
The position may require a few visits to the shipyard in Ingleside, TX.
1-2 years of experience in materials management, logistics, and/or inventory management.
Computer proficiency; SAP preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
