Overview

A Deepwater Warehouseman is responsible for managing material coordination priorities, ensuring timely delivery of essential production and safety maintenance materials in offshore facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day material coordination priorities to maintain facility integrity and comply with Integrity Management (IM) Standards.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery of all essential preventative and breakdown production, safety, and safety-critical maintenance.
  • Work with Offshore and Onshore Maintenance Planners to develop and execute material delivery plans.
  • Provide materials needed for long-term and turnaround plans as required.
  • Understand and comply with the Management of Change process for all procedural, equipment, or process changes.

Qualifications

  • This is a temporary position with a length of 6 months to a year to keep track of materials for the build, sail out and the commission phases of the new platform.
  • The position may require a few visits to the shipyard in Ingleside, TX.
  • 1-2 years of experience in materials management, logistics, and/or inventory management.
  • Computer proficiency; SAP preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
