This position will be responsible for conducting testing operations on oil and gas wells, ensuring accurate measurements, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day activities of leased properties ensuing compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Transport portable testing equipment to various well sites and set up for testing operations.
Connect equipment to wellheads and conduct testing to measure pressures, fluid levels and other parameters.
Collect samples of well fluids (oil, gas, water) for analysis and testing purposes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with testing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure accurate data collection.
Monitor and maintain equipment performance including ESP's and plungers.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements always.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities to workflow.
Document testing results and maintain accurate records of operations and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
1+ years of Well Testing operations experience. or previous experience as a Lease Operator accepted.
Experience with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESPs), plungers, and other oilfield equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform hands-on tasks in a field environment.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean record
Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including: background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fit for duty
