We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to oversee and optimize warehouse operations for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse operations and a keen eye for efficiency improvements. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for this position.

Coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.  Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.  Manage all day to day warehouse activity fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.  Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.  Day travel with company vehicle.  Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.  Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

High Scholl Diploma.  TWIC Card.  Warehouse or Supply Chain Management Certification a plus.  3 years of experience in warehouse speicialist or a similar role.  Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software ERP systems SAP S/4 Hana a plus.  Strong leadership and organizational skills.  Microsoft Suite of products Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams.  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.  Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.  Good driving record to operate company vehicle.
