This position will work on regulatory filings in EOR.
Responsibilities
The Regulatory Consultant I role is responsible for providing guidance to trams to conversion agreements as well as local, state, and federal permitting and operating requirements to ensure compliance.
Manage land-use permitting and Endangered species activities associated with development, drilling, rights of way and operations of wells for client assets.
Provide guidance to teams on conservation agreements as well as local, state, and federal permitting and operating requirements to ensure compliance.
Review NEPA documentation for projects and work with teams and third-party consultants for accuracy and timely submittals.
Assist with development of conversation agreements or initiatives for at risk species and their habitat.
Develop business relationships with professionals at regulatory agencies to ensure knowledge of the rules and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in environmental/ science, preferred; High School Diploma required.
Three (3) or more years of environmental permitting or compliance experience required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug/hair follicle, MVR, agility, etc.
