Accountable for warehouse inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyzes cycle count and inventory discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Inventory, Material Accounting, or cycle counting experience required. Warehouse Management System experience also required. Good verbal and written skills essential for communications with company employees and customers. Willingness to learn new processes, make improvement suggestions and interact with a variety of personnel. Team Player. Microsoft Suite: proficient in Excel and Word a must. Analysis of inventory data, transactions, material movement and associated issues a must.

Proven experience in inventory and warehouse operations.
• Physically able to withstand heat dust, minor lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Become certified on various types of forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of comprehending shipping, receiving and inventory documentation.
• Must have acute attention to detail.
• Familiar with inventory software, databases and systems (SAP for example).
• Capable of working cohesively with a dynamic team.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Potentially available for after hours on call rotation.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of ERP Systems / SAP preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including email / document writing skills
• Organizational skills
• Self-starter, able to pick up new concepts fairly quickly
• Excellent Interpersonal Communications skills in a team environment
• Warehouse experience in shipping/receiving/loading and off-loading trucks, material movement, and material scrapping preferred.
